Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: August 18, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) describes how customers of Azuqe (operated by INFOBLIZZ PRIVATE LIMITED) may use the service. It applies to every workspace, every seat, and every integration. Violating this policy may result in suspension or termination of the subscription, at our discretion.

1. Only your own web properties

You may only run audits, rank tracking, indexing pings, and content generation for web properties you own or have explicit authorization to manage. Do not use Azuqe to crawl, audit, or rank-track properties you have no relationship with.

2. No spam or deceptive marketing

Do not use content generated in Azuqe to publish spam, misleading claims, fake reviews, or content that violates Google Webmaster Guidelines (cloaking, doorway pages, sneaky redirects, hidden text, automatically generated low-quality content published at scale). Use AI-drafted content responsibly: edit, verify facts, and cite sources.

3. No reselling access

Azuqe seats are for named users inside your organization. You may not resell, sublicense, or share seat access with people outside the subscribing entity, nor operate the workspace as a public marketplace for third parties.

4. No automation abuse

Do not use the public API, MCP interface, or webhook surface to exhaust rate limits, run parallel accounts to bypass quotas, or scrape data out of the workspace in bulk beyond the export tools we provide. Sensible programmatic use is fine; adversarial or infrastructure-abusing patterns are not.

5. No prohibited content

Do not use Azuqe to generate, publish, or distribute content that promotes violence, self-harm, or terrorism; sexual content involving minors; content that violates the intellectual property of others; content that impersonates a real person or organization; deepfakes or synthetic or manipulated media depicting a real, identifiable person; non-consensual, intimate, or sexualized imagery of a real person; or content that would violate the laws of the jurisdiction where it is published.

6. Respect third-party terms

Integrations with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Bing Webmaster, WordPress, and other third-party platforms remain subject to the terms of those platforms. Do not use Azuqe to violate them (for example, submitting content that violates a platform's publishing policy).

7. Enforcement

If we identify a violation, we may contact the workspace owner to remediate. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate suspension. Fraud, chargeback abuse, or attempts to compromise Azuqe's infrastructure will result in termination and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.

8. Reporting abuse

To report abuse, prohibited content, or a safety concern involving an Azuqe customer, email support@azuqe.com (monitored by our team) with details and any relevant links. We review every report and act on it, which may include removing content and suspending or terminating the account responsible.

9. Copyright & takedown

If you believe content generated, published, or hosted through Azuqe infringes your intellectual property or uses your likeness without consent, send a notice to support@azuqe.com that identifies the work or person, the allegedly infringing material (with a URL where possible), and a good-faith statement of the basis for your complaint. We remove infringing material promptly on a valid notice and may suspend or terminate repeat infringers.
