INFOBLIZZ PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, dashboard, and any product surface that links to this page.

Azuqe provides software that customers operate themselves.

1. Information we collect

Account data

When you sign up we collect your name, work email, password (hashed), company, and role. If you sign in with Google, we receive a profile token from Google only.

Usage data

We log feature events (e.g. “ran an audit”, “published an article”) along with timestamps, device, and IP address. This helps us debug, secure the product, and improve it.

Customer content

Briefs, drafts, ranking data, keyword lists, and connected-app exports. Everything you put into the workspace is yours. We process it on your behalf.

2. How we use it

• To run the product and ship updates you ask for
• To bill you and prevent abuse
• To send transactional email (receipts, security alerts, expiry notices)
• To improve features based on aggregated, de-identified usage
• To meet legal obligations and respond to lawful requests

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share only what is needed to operate the service: sub-processors (cloud hosting, AI model inference, search and SERP data, transactional email, payment processing, and error tracking), and services you explicitly connect (Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, GitHub, WordPress, and others). Payments are taken through a third-party payment provider, so your card details are entered on its hosted checkout and are never received or stored by us. 4. AI training

Customer content is never used to train third-party foundation models. Internal model fine-tuning uses synthetic and aggregated data only, with opt-in for any sample-level use.

5. Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. On deletion we purge identifiable data within 30 days. Backups roll off within 90 days. Aggregated metrics may be retained indefinitely.

6. Your rights

Depending on your region (GDPR, CCPA, others) you have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Email support@azuqe.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

7. Security

We use TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest, role-based access, and least-privilege secrets handling.

8. International transfers

Data may be processed in the US, EU, or other regions where our sub-processors operate. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers from the EEA/UK.

9. Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies. We set first-party session cookies to keep you signed in and to secure the workspace. These are required for the service to function and are not used for analytics or advertising.

Analytics cookies. We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used. These are optional and are not loaded until you accept them in the consent banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, or simply don't answer, neither tool is loaded and no analytics cookies are set.

You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which makes the banner appear again on your next visit. Withdrawing consent stops analytics from loading on subsequent page loads. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

10. Changes

We'll notify you in-product or by email before material changes. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update.
