Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Azuqe. By creating an account or using the product you agree to them. If you're accepting on behalf of a company, you represent you have authority to bind that company.

1. The service

Azuqe provides hosted software that enables customers to perform SEO analysis, keyword research, website audits, content optimization, AI-search visibility tracking, and publishing workflows (the “Service”). We may add, change, or retire features over time.

An Azuqe subscription provides access to this software for you to operate yourself; a subscription is software, not a managed or done-for-you service. Any professional or managed services Azuqe may separately offer are provided under their own agreement and are not part of a software subscription.

2. Your account & team

• You're responsible for activity under your credentials.
• One person per user account. Sharing a single login between multiple people is not allowed, invite each teammate as their own member from Settings → Team.
• Team members are invited by email with an Owner, Admin, or Member role. The number of members you can invite is capped by your plan.
• You must be 16+ and not on a sanctions list.
• Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or load-test the Service without written consent
• Use it for spam, deception, or content that violates law
• Resell access without becoming an authorized partner
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or quota

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of your agreement with us. It sets out prohibited content and conduct — including deepfakes and synthetic depictions of real people, non-consensual imagery, impersonation, and infringing material — and the reporting and takedown process. Violating it is a breach of these Terms.

4. Customer content & ownership

You own the briefs, drafts, keyword data, and outputs you create. We get a limited license to host, process, and display them so the product works. Generated content rights transfer to you on the same basis as the underlying model provider's terms (typically full commercial rights).

Uploads and rights. You represent and warrant that you hold all rights necessary to any logo, image, or other material you upload or provide to the Service, and that any real, identifiable person depicted in it has consented to that use. You are responsible for the content you upload and must not upload material you are not authorized to use. You may supply images as reference to guide an output; they are never used to train or fine-tune a model. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights or uses your likeness without consent, our Acceptable Use Policy sets out the notice-and-takedown process and the address to contact.

5. Fees & billing

Plans are priced per seat, per month and billed monthly. You choose your seat count at checkout (1 up to the plan's seat cap) and the invoice is unit price × seats. There is no annual billing option today. We'll email before any price change.

Payments. Your subscription is sold to you by INFOBLIZZ PRIVATE LIMITED. Payments are taken through a third-party payment provider that handles checkout, card processing, invoicing, and tax on our behalf; that provider's name may appear alongside ours on your card or bank statement. Checkout is hosted by the provider, so we never receive or store your full card details. Billing questions, invoices, and refund requests are handled by us at support@azuqe.com.

Tax. Prices shown on our pricing page exclude applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST. Any tax due for your jurisdiction is calculated and added at checkout, and a receipt or invoice for the purchase is issued to you at that time.

Credits. Plans include monthly usage credits and quotas for features such as audits, blog generation, and AI Visibility runs. Credits are a usage allowance for the Service only. They are not stored value, hold no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, and expire at the end of the billing period in which they were granted or on termination of your subscription, whichever comes first.

14-day money-back guarantee. You may request a full refund of your initial paid subscription within 14 days of the first charge, unconditionally, by emailing support@azuqe.com. Monthly renewals after the initial 14-day window are non-refundable except in the cases listed in the Refund Policy or where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.

6. 5-day free trial

Every new subscription starts with a 5-day free trial. A valid payment method is required at checkout; you will not be charged during the trial and can cancel any time before day 6 to avoid the first charge. After day 5, your payment method is charged at the plan's monthly rate (unit price × seats, plus applicable taxes). If your workspace adds additional websites during or after the trial, those later websites are billed immediately at the same rate (only the first website receives the trial).

7. Termination

You can cancel anytime from settings. We can suspend or terminate for material breach with reasonable notice (immediate for security incidents or unlawful use). On termination we delete identifiable data per the Privacy Policy.

8. Warranties & disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant specific ranking outcomes. AI outputs require human review. To the extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your breach of law.

11. Governing law

The laws of India govern these Terms. Disputes are resolved in the courts located in New Delhi, Delhi, except where local consumer law requires otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. Material changes are notified at least 30 days in advance.
