Security

Azuqe (operated by INFOBLIZZ PRIVATE LIMITED) takes the security of customer data seriously. This page describes the technical and organizational measures we use to protect data in our workspace, analytics, and content pipelines.
1. Data in transit
All traffic between customer browsers, the Azuqe workspace, and our backend services is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher. HSTS is enabled on the primary domain. Internal service-to-service calls run inside a private network segment.
2. Data at rest
Customer records, connected-integration credentials, and workspace assets are stored in managed Postgres and object storage in provider-managed encrypted volumes. OAuth refresh tokens and other long-lived integration credentials are additionally sealed with AES-256-GCM using an application-managed key.
3. Access controls
Access to production systems is restricted to a small number of engineers, gated by SSO with mandatory second-factor authentication. Administrative access is logged and audit-reviewed. Contractors and third parties do not have direct production access.
4. Change management
All code shipped to production goes through peer review and CI (typecheck, tests, linting) before deployment. Infrastructure changes are managed as code. Emergency changes are documented after the fact and reviewed within 48 hours.
5. Sub-processors
Azuqe uses a small set of sub-processors for hosting, LLM inference, SERP data, transactional email, and payments. The categories we share data with are described in our Privacy Policy. Customers who need the current vendor list, including data region and purpose, can request it at support@azuqe.com.
6. Incident response
If we identify a security incident that materially affects customer data, we will notify affected customers without undue delay via email to the workspace owner. We aim to provide an initial notification within 72 hours of confirmation, in line with GDPR expectations for data controllers we act on behalf of.
7. Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security issue in the Azuqe workspace, please email support@azuqe.com with steps to reproduce. Please do not publicly disclose the issue before we have had a chance to investigate and remediate.
8. Questions
For security or compliance questions, contact support@azuqe.com. We are happy to walk enterprise customers through our controls and provide additional documentation on request.
