Run content like a system, not a scramble

Twelve templates, one calendar, one quality gate

Pick the template, set the byline, watch the calendar. Every post scored on eight metrics before it ships, no spreadsheet glue, no review meeting.

Content Templates

Twelve formats. Each one knows its own structure.

Pick a template at brief-time, Listicle, How-To, Comparison, Pillar Page, Case Study, Data Research. The generator enforces the right scaffolding: numbered steps for How-To, comparison tables for Comparison, methodology for Data Research.

Each blog also carries a generation_config, tone, length (short / medium / long / pillar), image style, brand colors , that cascades from plan settings to Blog DNA defaults.

  • 12 templates with enforced structure per type
  • Generation steps tracked per post (pending / running / completed)
  • Tone, length, and image-style overrides per plan

Content Calendar

Six statuses. One screen.

Every blog carries a planned_date and a status, planned, generating, draft, published, scheduled, or failed. The calendar view filters by any of them and lets you search by title, focus keyword, or excerpt.

Plan settings space posts at a configurable cadence (default: every 3 days). No publish-by-date enforcement , the calendar is editorial, not a deadline whip.

  • Planned_date scheduling, 3-day default cadence
  • Filter by status, search by title or keyword
  • Masonry grid + full month calendar views
Blog DNA

Every byline carries real credentials.

Blog DNA stores a roster of your own authors per site, name, credentials, bio, social URL, photo. Assign a post to the team member who reviewed it, or rotate across the roster, so EEAT signals point at real people rather than a generic "Editorial Team". Only add authors who have agreed to be credited.

Pair the roster with a Brand Voice profile: measurable traits for formality, technicality, enthusiasm, sentence variety, em-dash use, and banned AI words, seeded from your writing samples.

  • Author roster: name, credentials, bio, social, avatar
  • Assignment strategy: single byline or rotate the roster
  • Brand voice profiles trained on real writing samples

Quality + cost tracking

Publish gate

Score 74 / 100, passed

  • · 8-metric unified score (EEAT, SEO, GEO)
  • · Auto-publish floor 60 · review floor 70
  • · $0.43 LLM cost · 412 GSC clicks (7d)
Quality Gate

One score decides what ships.

An 8-metric quality score (citation density, source authority, information gain, structure match, sentence rhythm, SEO, GEO, EEAT) gates every publish. Floor at 60 for auto-publish, banner at under 70 for human review.

Cost (cents per post) and GSC performance (clicks, impressions, CTR, position) sync to the same record, so a quarterly review pulls actual ROI, not estimated.

  • 8-metric score, 60-floor auto-publish, 70-review banner
  • Per-post LLM cost in cents (research, content, image)
  • GSC sync: daily clicks, impressions, CTR, position
Ops Toolkit

Questions & answers

Notion holds the doc, Airtable holds the schema, Slack holds the chat, none write the article, score it, or sync rankings. The workspace bundles content templates, generation steps, the calendar, Blog DNA bylines, and the quality gate into one record per post. No glue layer.
No. Blog DNA handles editorial attribution, name, credentials, social link for EEAT, not contracts or payouts. Pair it with Bill.com, Stripe, or Gusto for the financial side.
Twelve formats ship built-in, Listicle, How-To, Comparison, Pillar Page, Case Study, Definition, Guide, Evaluation, Product Review, Thought Leadership, Tutorial, Data Research. Each enforces its own structure. Tone, length, image style, and brand colors tune per plan via generation_config. Custom-shaped templates aren't yet exposed in the UI.
Eight metrics roll up into one score, citation density, source authority, information gain, structure match, sentence rhythm, SEO, GEO, EEAT. Auto-publish when overall ≥ 60. Under 70 ships as draft with a review banner. Each metric stored on the post for audit.
Per-post LLM cost (in cents), GSC clicks, impressions, CTR, and position live on every post and roll up across the calendar. Export via REST API into your BI tool. No auto-PDF report yet.
Google Search Console syncs daily, clicks, impressions, CTR, position. GA4 pulls sessions, conversions, and device split, scoped per article.
Yes. Blog DNA holds a roster of your own authors. Assign one byline per plan, or cycle the roster so posts are attributed to whichever team member reviewed them. Each byline carries that person's real credentials and social URL for EEAT, so only add people who have agreed to be credited.
Most teams switch in an afternoon, import the spreadsheet, set the 12 template defaults, seed Blog DNA from existing voice samples. Pipeline runs as soon as the first plan generates.
Ten platforms wired, WordPress, Ghost, Webflow, Shopify, Notion, Dev.to, Hashnode, Blogger, Wix, and a generic webhook for anything custom. Schedule via planned_date. The calendar handles the rest.
