Refund Policy

At Azuqe (operated by INFOBLIZZ PRIVATE LIMITED), we want you to be fully satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy sets out the terms under which refunds may be issued for paid subscriptions.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

A full refund of the initial paid subscription may be requested within 14 days of the first charge, for any reason. The refund is unconditional and is not tied to how much of the service or quota has been used during that period.

2. 5-Day Free Trial

Every new subscription begins with a 5-day free trial. A valid payment method is required at signup, but no charge is placed during the trial. If the trial is not cancelled before it ends, the card on file is auto-charged at the plan's rate on day 6.

The 14-day refund window in Section 1 begins on the date of the first successful charge, not on the trial start date.

3. Renewals

Monthly subscription renewals after the initial 14-day window are non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection law or under the exceptions in Section 4.

4. Additional Refund Circumstances

In addition to the 14-day guarantee in Section 1, refunds may also be issued in the following cases:

• Duplicate charges: when a customer has been charged more than once for the same subscription period.
• Service malfunction: prolonged platform downtime, inability to access core subscribed functionality, or a technical failure on our side that materially prevents use of the service.
• Lost credits or quota: where a technical issue on our side causes allocated credits or quota to be consumed without the corresponding service being delivered, the affected quota will be restored or an equivalent refund/credit issued.
• Legal requirements: where required by consumer protection laws applicable in the customer's jurisdiction. Statutory refund rights are never limited by this policy.

5. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks initiated before a resolution has been attempted directly with us may result in account suspension.
