Integration Guide

Bing Webmaster Tools

Submit URLs to Bing & Yandex via IndexNow and pull search performance

How It Works

Bing Webmaster supports two auth modes: OAuth (read-only — analytics, queries, crawl) and API key (read + write — required to submit URLs). The SEO Suite uses whichever you've set up. URL submissions are sent via the Bing API and automatically replicated to Yandex & Seznam through the IndexNow protocol.

Setup Steps

1

Verify the site in Bing Webmaster Tools

  • Go to bing.com/webmasters and click 'Add a site'.
  • Verify with whichever method matches your hosting (XML file, meta tag, or DNS).
  • If you already verified the site in Google Search Console, you can import the property in one click.
2

Generate an API key for URL submission

  • Open Bing Webmaster -> Settings -> API Access.
  • Click 'Generate' and copy the 32-character key.
  • OAuth alone is read-only and cannot submit URLs — the API key is required for write operations.
3

Connect in the SEO Suite

  • Open SEO Suite -> Traffic -> Bing.
  • Expand 'Use API key instead', paste your key, and click Connect.
  • Pick the verified site that matches the property you added. Submissions start flowing immediately.

What Gets Synced

Real Bing daily + monthly quota shown in the dashboard with auto-resume countdown
Bing submissions auto-replicate to Yandex and Seznam via IndexNow — no extra setup
Quota cap learned from real submission errors (Bing's quota API under-reports)
Failed-record retry skips quota-blocked rows so the day's allowance isn't wasted
