How the Platform Works Together
When you write and publish an article, the platform does not simply save the post. It executes a full publishing handshake:
- 1The article is formatted and sent to every connected CMS (WordPress, Ghost, Notion, etc.) via their native APIs
- 2SEO metadata (title, meta description, focus keyword, slug, featured image, tags, and categories) is passed as part of the same request
- 3The newly published URL is immediately queued in the Auto-Indexing Engine, which submits it to Google via the Webmasters API and to Bing/Yahoo/Yandex via the IndexNow protocol
- 4The SEO crawler schedules an on-page health check of the new article's live URL
This end-to-end automation means a post that takes 30 minutes to write is live, distributed to all your platforms, and indexed by search engines, all without leaving the dashboard.
