Scheduling Blog Articles
To schedule an article for automatic publication:
- 1Navigate to Blog → New Post (or click any date on the calendar to start a new post for that date).
- 2Write or generate the article content. Fill in the SEO fields: meta description, focus keyword, tags, and featured image.
- 3Select which connected CMS platforms should receive the article (e.g., WordPress + Notion + Hashnode).
- 4Set a publication date and time using the calendar picker.
- 5Click Schedule. The article enters the Scheduled state and is locked into the queue.
At the scheduled time, the platform automatically: - Delivers the formatted post to every selected CMS via their native APIs - Triggers the auto-indexing engine to submit the new URL to Google and Bing - Updates the calendar card to Published status
