Free AI humanizer
The Azuqe AI humanizer rewrites text from ChatGPT and other AI tools so it reads like a person wrote it. Paste up to 800 words and it swaps inflated words for plain ones, cuts padding and varies sentence rhythm, while every number, link and quote stays exactly as you wrote it. It is free, needs no account, and shows each change it made, so you can humanize AI text and still check every edit before you use it.

Paste at least 30 words to start.
Rewritten text
Your rewritten text appears here.
- Numbers, links and quotes stay exactly as you wrote them.
- The number of paragraphs and list items stays the same.
- Show changes lets you review every edited word.
Writing-pattern check
Azuqe's own check for common machine-writing patterns. Not an AI-detector score.
How do you humanize AI text in three steps?
Paste the text, run the AI humanizer, then review and copy the rewrite. A run needs no account and no settings.
- Paste between 30 and 800 words of AI-written text into the Your text box. Plain text and simple markdown both work, including lists, links and quoted lines.
- Select Humanize text to start the run. The AI humanizer runs a quick human check, rewrites your text in parts and reports its progress as each part finishes.
- Read the rewritten text, turn on Show changes to see every word the humanizer edited, and select Copy to put the result on your clipboard.
Keyboard users can start a run from the text box with Control and Enter, or Command and Enter on a Mac.
What does the AI humanizer change, and what does it never touch?
The Azuqe AI humanizer changes wording and sentence rhythm, and it never changes numbers, links, quotes or code. It goes after the habits that make text read as machine-written and leaves the parts of your text that carry data alone.
What it changes
- Inflated word choice, such as grand verbs and stock adjectives, becomes plain, concrete wording.
- Roundabout phrasing becomes a direct verb.
- Padding that adds length without meaning is cut.
- Sentence shapes that repeat are varied in length and construction.
What it never touches
- Numbers written in digits, including prices, percentages and years.
- Links, both the web address and the words the link sits on.
- Anything in double quotes.
- Code written between backticks.
- The number of paragraphs and the total number of list items.
Azuqe checks every rewritten part against your original before you see it. If a part drops a number, link, quote or code span, adds a link, changes the paragraph or list count, or grows or shrinks too far, that part keeps your original wording. The check confirms that those items survive. It does not confirm that each sentence still means what you meant, so read the result before you use it.
The before and after bands under the result come from Azuqe's own writing-pattern check. They place your text on a four-step scale, from clean to heavy, by how many common machine-writing patterns it contains. The bands are not an AI-detector score and do not predict what any detector will say.
What happens to the text you paste?
Azuqe uses the text you paste only to produce your result. The text and the result are kept for 24 hours, so the page can reconnect to your run if you reload it or lose your connection, and then they are deleted. Your text is not logged, not cached, and never used to train AI models or for any other purpose.
The free limit needs a way to count runs without an account. Azuqe keeps a random visitor identifier in your browser's local storage and turns your network address into a one-way hash with a key that changes every day. Both are used only to enforce the daily free limit, Azuqe's servers store only hashed forms of them, and the tool does no browser fingerprinting.
A Cloudflare Turnstile check confirms that a person, not a script, is starting each run, and it usually needs nothing from you. The Turnstile check does not load until you click into the text box. The privacy policy covers the free tools in the same terms.
How does the AI humanizer compare with rewriting by hand and with other humanizers?
Rewriting by hand gives you the most control and takes the most time. The Azuqe AI humanizer does the first pass in one run and checks that your numbers, links and quotes survive it. Most free humanizers sell a different promise, that detectors will not flag the result, and Azuqe makes no such promise, because no tool can guarantee what a detector will decide.
| Compared on | Rewriting by hand | Azuqe AI humanizer | Most free humanizers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Effort | You rewrite every sentence yourself | One run, then you review the result | One run |
| Numbers, links and quotes | Safe if you are careful | Checked: a part that drops one keeps your original wording | Varies by tool, so check the output yourself |
| Shows what changed | You made each change yourself | Yes, word by word | Some tools do |
| Detector claims | None | None: Azuqe does not promise a detector result | Many promise that detectors will not flag the output |
| Words per run | No limit | 800 words | Varies by tool |
| Cost and account | Free | Free, 5 runs a day, no account | Varies by tool |
One honest limit: the Azuqe AI humanizer edits wording, not substance. It takes 800 words per run, works on English text only, and cannot check facts, add sources or add your own experience, which are the changes that make writing worth reading. It can also leave patterns a careful reader still notices, so treat the rewrite as a first pass and read it before you publish.

Questions about the AI humanizer
What is an AI humanizer?
An AI humanizer is a tool that rewrites AI-generated text so it reads like a person wrote it. It replaces the word choices, sentence patterns and padding that language models tend to produce with plainer, more varied writing. The Azuqe AI humanizer does this for up to 800 words at a time and leaves every number, link and quote exactly as you wrote it.
Do AI humanizers work?
Yes for making text read more naturally, and no if you judge them by detector results. A good AI humanizer removes the habits readers notice, such as inflated words, repeated sentence shapes and filler, and that makes a draft easier to read. No humanizer can guarantee how an AI detector will score the result, because every detector is a separate product with its own methods. The Azuqe AI humanizer shows a before and after band from its own writing-pattern check, so you can see what changed in your text instead of trusting a promise.
Is this AI humanizer free, and do I need to sign up?
Yes, the Azuqe AI humanizer is free and needs no sign-up, no email address and no payment details. Each visitor gets 5 free runs a day, and each run takes up to 800 words. The top of the tool shows how many free runs you have left today.
Can humanized AI text still be detected?
Yes, it can. No tool can guarantee what an AI detector will decide, and Azuqe does not promise that detectors will miss humanized text. The Azuqe AI humanizer removes the writing patterns that make text read as machine-made, then shows a before and after band from its own pattern check, which is not a detector score. If you work under rules about AI-written text, at school or at work, those rules still apply to text you have humanized.
Does humanizing change the meaning of my text?
It can, which is why the Azuqe AI humanizer shows every change. The humanizer rewrites wording, and no automatic check can confirm that each rewritten sentence still says exactly what you meant. What Azuqe does check is that every number, link, quote and code span in your text appears unchanged in the rewrite, and any part that fails keeps your original wording. Turn on Show changes and read the edits before you use the result.
How do I humanize AI text by myself?
Read the draft aloud and rewrite anything you would not say to a colleague. In practice that means five edits: swap grand words for plain ones, cut phrases that add length but no meaning, vary sentence length, replace general claims with a specific example, number or source, and delete opening or closing lines that talk about the text instead of making a point. Adding something only you know, such as a result you measured or a mistake you made, does more for a draft than any word swap.
What happens to the text I paste?
Azuqe uses your text only to produce your result. The text and the result are kept for 24 hours so the page can reconnect to your run after a reload, then deleted, and they are never logged, cached or used to train AI models. To enforce the free limit, Azuqe uses a random identifier in your browser's local storage and a daily-changing hash of your network address, and does no browser fingerprinting.
Is there a word limit?
Yes. Each run of the free AI humanizer takes between 30 and 800 words, and each visitor gets 5 free runs a day. For a longer piece, split the text at a paragraph break and run each part. For whole articles, Azuqe's Content Suite writes each draft in your brand's voice and runs a humanizer pass over every section before it goes out.
